“Ridiculous, Virtuosic, Outside-the-box fun from JoyRide… It takes a lot of nerve to make music as amusing as JoyRide’s.”

- Delarue (New York Music Daily)

“An Accordion/Oboe duo that know how to be mirth makers without being ironic or snotty, they have this mystic ability to play anything from anytime in any style. From silly to serious, they get your attention and keep it even going so far as to break down the fourth wall and address you directly. Natural showmen, they really know how to deliver a fine show.”

- Chris Spector (Midwest Record)

“The songs vary in nature from light and quirky to poignant and wistful, and spark an enduring sense of creativity and adventure. Highly recommended!”

- The Midwest Book Review

“It's blaring, fun stuff… It’s about letting loose, for a specific kind of music lover who’s looking to let loose. That said, pretty much anyone will appreciate the versions of “Tiger Rag” and a “Plight of the Bumblebee” (that’s the title) for being both unfussy and virtuosic. That’s not easy.”

- Will Chernoff (Rhythm Changes)

“JoyRide is a duo and a record that sounds like nothing else I’ve heard in recent memory. I highly recommend that you check it out. The music is familiar yet fresh, classic yet inventive.”

- David Reed – Belleville Intelligencer
